Hardware Engineer – 4-month rolling contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain electronic schematics utilizing Altium Designer.

• Create multi-layer PCB layouts for mixed-signal, analog, digital, power, and communication circuits.

• Build and uphold PCB libraries, which include symbols, footprints, and 3D component models.

• Ensure adherence to EMC, signal integrity, thermal, and manufacturability standards.

• Produce and oversee manufacturing outputs, such as Gerber files, ODB++, assembly drawings, pick-and-place files, and BOMs.

• Conduct design reviews and implement necessary corrective measures.

• Participate in an engineering project encompassing electrification, industrial automation, robotics, motion control, and digital industrial systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in PCB design and layout, preferably with multi-layer boards.

• Practical experience with Altium Designer.

• Familiarity with mixed-signal, analog, digital, power, and communication designs.

• Strong grasp of EMC, signal integrity, and manufacturability principles.

• Capability to review designs, pinpoint issues, and implement solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and readiness to contribute from day one.
