
Hardline Medical Devices Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Accountable for driving business growth by recognizing and leveraging opportunities to deliver Medical Devices TIC solutions.
• Lead and coordinate task force teams focused on all Medical Devices related TIC services.
• Ensure that Hardlines Medical Devices businesses achieve financial targets aimed at double-digit growth annually, aligned with 2025 global hardlines medical projections.
• Formulate strategies and develop plans for Medical Devices, encompassing both greenfield growth initiatives and potential acquisitions.
• Assist in the growth and development of Medical Devices related divisions, including Hardlines, E&E, Life Science, Material lab, and BA teams in the North America region.
• Perform thorough market research to pinpoint industry trends, competitive dynamics, and promising areas for business expansion.
• Establish and nurture a robust network of clients, suppliers, regulators, and stakeholders from industry associations.
• Provide consistent reports and updates to C & P Management regarding development performance, market insights, and growth prospects.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience within Medical Devices manufacturing companies such as Stryker, Abbott, or Medtronic.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Medical Devices related TIC firms like NAMSA, Nelson Labs, or Element, encompassing both laboratory engineering roles and over 5 years in sales/business development roles.
• More than 5 years of P&L and management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (a Master's/MBA is advantageous).
• Deep understanding of trends in the Medical Devices industry, customer behaviors, supplier movements, materials development trends, and sustainability practices.
• Solid knowledge of Medical Devices regulations, particularly FDA 510K, ASCA, and Pre-Approval compliance.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, with proficiency in any additional European language being a plus.
