📋 Description

• Conduct regular sessions with members to listen, offer support and guidance, ultimately assisting them in building resilience and thriving.

• Share personal experiences through content creation, including blogs, video series, webinars, and podcasts.

• Engage in special projects designed to enhance the experience and operations of our Guide Community.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve the member experience.

• Be an active member of our Guide Community to facilitate the growth of others.

• Attend client and member events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a PC desktop, Mac, or laptop equipped with a functioning camera and microphone (mobile devices like tablets and smartphones are not acceptable).

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• A dedicated workspace free from distractions is required.

• Intermediate computer skills are necessary.

• Must remain at your workspace for the duration of sessions with members.

• Appropriate business casual attire is required for video calls.

• Willingness to create a video profile is essential.

• Availability to commit at least 5 hours a week for member sessions (hours are not guaranteed).

• Successful navigation through one or more life events is required.

• A strong desire to help and support others is essential.

• A high level of empathy is needed.

• A positive and encouraging attitude is important.

• Excellent listening skills are required.

• Availability for client calls is necessary.

• A strong desire to be part of a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to improving the lives of others.

• Ability to adapt to an ever-evolving environment is essential.
