Guest Onboarding, Inside Sales Specialist – Luxury Women’s Portrait Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct over 10 structured Zoom and phone calls daily with scheduled guests.

• Adhere to our established call frameworks and nurturing protocols consistently.

• Ensure a high show rate by actively engaging with guests who may be hesitant or unresponsive.

• Oversee your sales pipeline and execute timely follow-ups within our CRM system.

• Maintain organized administrative tasks and handovers that enhance team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a high-touch or sales-related role such as aesthetics, luxury hospitality, coaching sales, inside sales, or a comparable field.

• Exceptional communication skills on Zoom and over the phone; not just comfortable, but outstanding.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
