Guest Onboarding Consultant I – French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Utilize your expertise in Toast products and project management to collaborate with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase, developing onboarding plans that ensure a high-quality implementation experience within the designated timeline and budget.

• Empower restaurant owners and their teams to effectively use Toast for establishing best practices in managing daily operations, which encompasses labor and food cost management, table turnover time, and guest relations.

• Consult with clients in either French or English to identify their configuration needs before the go-live stage, ensuring any specific requirements are communicated to the project team.

• Conduct remote evaluations to assess the networking requirements of clients ahead of installation, relaying those needs to the project resources.

• Oversee remote onboarding while documenting the installation process of the Toast POS system, adhering to Toast best practices and noting any deviations identified during the project design phase.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding training plan for the entire restaurant staff, focusing on how to leverage the Toast product tailored to their business workflows, enhancing operational efficiencies that benefit both guests and staff.

• Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently, including large volumes of onboarding accounts (80+ restaurants) within your region.

• Ensure a seamless transition by providing remote Go-Live support, assisting and guiding the customer during their initial days of usage through post-live remote assistance, troubleshooting issues, or offering follow-up training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations, such as a Restaurant General Manager.

• Proven ability to operate autonomously and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing goals.

• Strong communication, organizational, and persuasive skills.
