This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for support related to Salesforce and sales systems within a rapidly expanding sales organization.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within our Salesforce environment, utilizing debug logs to swiftly and accurately identify root causes.
• Administer and provide support for related sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, e-signature and contract generation tools, among others.
• Go beyond immediate fixes: identify the underlying technical or UX root cause and address it at the system level to prevent recurrence for future users.
• Apply a critical eye to UX—if a workflow is unclear, a field is out of place, or a process causes unnecessary friction for representatives, identify and rectify it.
• Monitor and analyze patterns in support volume, then create system automation and/or agentic workflows to address these issues at scale, such as auto-routing, intelligent response drafting, or fully automated resolutions for specific categories.
• Construct agentic automation with architectural precision: focus not only on what to build but also on how to organize it for scalability, maintainability, and improved quality outcomes over time.
• Document solutions and contribute to an expanding knowledge base to lessen future support demands.
• Extensive Salesforce administration and engineering experience, including practical knowledge of Apex and SOQL.
• Experience with LWC is advantageous.
• Proven Salesforce debugging skills—you are adept at navigating debug logs and can trace root causes under pressure.
• Ability to take ownership of frontline support directly: triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues rather than escalating by default.
• Familiarity with the contemporary sales tech stack—experience with tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, DocuSign, or Conga is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in building agentic systems—not merely one-off automations, but infrastructure that encompasses context, orchestration, and durability.
• A proactive self-starter mindset: you identify problems before they are assigned to you and create solutions independently rather than waiting for instructions.
• A pattern-recognition mindset: you not only resolve the ticket at hand but also seek structural changes that eliminate this category of tickets altogether.
• Health insurance
• Professional development
• Flexible work arrangements
