This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee cross-functional GTM systems initiatives from initial discovery through to launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
• Convert business workflows into precise technical specifications, system designs, milestones, accountable parties, risks, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to enhance the GTM operational framework.
• Lead initiatives related to CRM architecture, routing, data enrichment, handoffs, lifecycle automation, attribution, service order workflows, reporting dependencies, and AI-agent preparedness.
• Identify areas where manual processes, vendor dependencies, or ambiguous ownership should transition into sustainable automation or established system logic.
• Establish safe operational patterns for AI agents interacting with GTM systems, covering aspects such as data access, workflow permissions, approval checkpoints, error management, and audit trails.
• Develop documentation that clarifies systems: current state, desired state, business rules, dependencies, potential failure modes, launch strategies, and unresolved decisions.
• Assess system requests at the program level, differentiating between one-time fixes and structural process gaps or automation opportunities suitable for productization.
• Manage dependencies related to vendors and tools that impact system architecture, reliability, cost, or roadmap decisions.
• Ensure that GTM systems are delivered with clear ownership, support pathways, monitoring, and clarity on downstream reporting impacts.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, GTM Engineering, or a similar technical operations role.
• Strong practical experience with CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot, along with a thorough understanding of the underlying data models and software architecture.
• Experience in developing AI-native systems where LLMs or agents are integral users of the product rather than merely features added to human workflows.
• Capability to analyze agent-facing product requirements: context, tools, permissions, memory, workflow boundaries, human approval points, observability, and potential failure modes.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional systems projects that involve both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Experience taking a leading technical role in software migrations that involve crucial end-user workflows without any downtime.
• Proficient in troubleshooting integrations, field synchronization issues, routing challenges, campaign workflow failures, and disrupted handoffs.
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, automation tools, data flows, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously and excel in uncertain, fast-paced environments.
• Flexible working arrangements.
• Professional development opportunities.
