• Oversee the strategy and implementation of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our global clientele.
• Guide, train, and mentor a team of Campaign Managers, enhancing their skills in campaign strategy, messaging, workflow execution, client interaction, and performance analysis.
• Develop and assess messaging for outbound campaigns utilizing AI, audience research, ICP analysis, and insights from campaign performance.
• Construct and refine prospecting and list-building workflows by integrating various data sources to assist our Lead Generation team in creating high-intent prospect lists.
• Utilize Clay for data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration to boost the ROI of GTM campaigns. This is optional but highly preferred.
• Analyze campaign performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and suggest optimizations to meet campaign KPIs and enhance lead quality and volume.
• Discover, assess, and experiment with new campaign angles, niches, ICPs, and outreach approaches to increase positive responses.
• Assist Campaign Managers in crafting client updates, reports, and strategic recommendations that effectively highlight progress and outcomes.
• Engage directly with clients as necessary, particularly for strategic discussions, performance evaluations, escalations, and campaign planning.
• Establish internal processes, best practices, training resources, and quality standards to facilitate effective scaling of the Campaign Management team.
• A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Performance/B2B Marketing, GTM, or Outbound.
• Prior experience managing, training, mentoring, or supporting junior/mid-level Campaign Managers, SDRs, Lead Generation Specialists, or outbound teams.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and the latest AI Sales/GTM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to compose, review, and enhance high-performing cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages.
• Strong competency in building and optimizing workflows using diverse data sources, including Google Maps, Apify, Serper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment tools, scraping tools, and AI technologies.
• Solid understanding of data scraping, enrichment, outbound campaign logic, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
• Proficient in prompt engineering, AI models, and AI-assisted GTM workflows.
• Technologically adept and a quick learner of new technologies and software. As new tools emerge daily, we need you to keep abreast of market trends.
• Experience in Tech, SaaS, software, B2B services, or high-growth start-up environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of guiding clients, supporting team members, explaining campaign outcomes, and translating data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Open to experienced Sales Executives, Campaign Managers, GTM Specialists, or Outbound Strategists with relevant leadership or mentoring experience.
