GTM Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for our partners.

• Guarantee the delivery of high-quality work and results.

• Conduct final quality checks prior to submitting work to partners.

• Develop multi-channel strategies to create and maintain a robust lead pipeline.

• Perform research and analysis to guide our partners' strategies.

• Evaluate the competition and extract actionable insights.

• Leverage HubSpot data to assess campaign effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

• Generate content for both Generative and Search Engine Optimization as required.

• Implement intent-based Paid Media strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in relevant marketing and/or sales roles within high-growth companies.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub.

• Familiarity with Clay is highly preferred.

• Capable of commanding meetings, leading discussions, communicating effectively, and guiding stakeholders toward decisions.

• Competent in building multi-channel strategies and prioritizing revenue initiatives based on objectives and data.

• Define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights to develop and implement revenue strategies effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in project and organizational management; engage with senior stakeholders and take ownership of key projects to advance the organization.

• Bonus Experience: Background in agency work, Account Based Marketing, Paid Media, HubSpot: Service, CMS, Ops Hub, and familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Clay, SEMRush, Vector/RB2B, Copy.ai, SmartLead/Lemlist, Ads Platforms, Chili Piper, Sendoso, and more!
