This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as the main go-to contact for sellers within the specified region.
• Monitor and facilitate the closure of all types of deals, eliminating obstacles that impede successful closure.
• Serve as a liaison for contract evaluations, seller support, and pricing structures for Government transactions.
• Enhance deal closure rates for both federal and state contract categories.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, GCO, and GTM leadership to address regional compliance trends, pricing strategies, and adherence to industry contracting norms.
• Identify and secure novel procurement opportunities and avenues for vehicles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Background in software / SaaS / cloud / AI / technology sales to government entities.
• Acquaintance with Federal and SLED contracting landscapes.
• Proficiency in contract negotiations, redlining, and handling non-standard terms.
• Understanding of public sector procurement strategies and vehicle expansion.
• Proven track record of improving closure rates, deal cycle durations, or operational scalability.
• Experience in a rapidly growing company with evolving procedures.
• Self-motivated individual who takes charge of deals from initiation through execution.
• Strong sales-focused mentality with a sense of urgency around closing deals.
• Comfortable working independently within established frameworks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of adapting swiftly to changes.
