GTM Sourcer/Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Replacement for a contractor who has left the position

• This role is exclusively focused on sourcing for EMEA GTM functions including Sales, AE, SE, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success

• The contractor is expected to function independently as a strategic partner rather than merely an executor

• Responsibilities include creating talent maps, managing full-cycle sourcing processes, and primarily utilizing Gem as the CRM

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting research

• Proven experience in GTM sourcing (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) within a technology company

• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques

• Active experience with Gem CRM is mandatory as per intake

• Ability to work in EST or PST time zones

• Consistency in work history: please highlight any brief employment periods that are not contractual or due to documented personal leave

• Knowledge of the EMEA market, including talent hubs, key companies, and regional specifics is preferred and considered a strong advantage

• Experience at high-caliber, well-known tech startups such as Figma, Airbnb, or similar organizations

• Sourcing experience in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS

• Proficiency in multiple European languages

• Background in executive search or research-focused roles

• Experience in constructing organizational charts, compensation benchmarks, and talent maps as deliverables

• Record of metrics on resume showcasing sourcing impact, including response rates, pipeline contributions, and hires influenced
