GTM Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Identify and engage with the finest talent globally for our client.

• Employ a variety of in-depth sourcing methods to discover passive candidates, including LinkedIn and unique sourcing approaches.

• Collaborate with one client at a time to thoroughly integrate into their culture, both socially and professionally.

• Work alongside high-level stakeholders, assisting them in recognizing the significance of effective talent practices.

• 2-3 years of experience in non-technical recruitment sourcing within a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient sourcing abilities, with a strong command of Boolean search techniques.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
