This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Generate Qualified Opportunities

• Identify organizations that are actively recruiting for positions that Wing can assist with, including Executive Assistants, Admin Assistants, Customer Support, Sales Support, Recruiting Support, Operations Support, and various other business support roles.

• Utilize job advertisements, hiring indicators, company growth signals, and account research to locate well-suited prospects.

• Investigate target accounts to comprehend their hiring needs, reasons for requiring support, and how Wing could be a valuable fit.

• Engage with potential customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

• Conduct targeted outbound campaigns addressing active hiring needs, operational challenges, and alternate workforce solutions.

• Facilitate initial discovery discussions to discern a prospect's hiring requirements, challenges, urgency, and receptiveness to remote talent or AI-enabled workforce solutions.

• Clearly articulate the value of Wing Assistant and its significance to secure the next meeting.

• Schedule qualified appointments with companies that exhibit a clear hiring requirement, relevant business use case, or strong alignment with Wing.

• Transform Hiring Intent Into Conversations

• Monitor businesses that are listing roles that Wing can fulfill.

• Grasp the underlying issues the company aims to resolve by hiring for that position.

• Present Wing as a quicker, more adaptable, and scalable alternative to conventional hiring methods.

• Educate potential clients who may not have previously considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, or AI-enabled workforce support.

• Spark interest among founders, executives, operators, HR leaders, recruiting teams, and department heads.

• Support the Revenue Team

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to cultivate and maintain a robust, well-qualified pipeline.

• Transition opportunities smoothly, providing the necessary context to advance discussions.

• Share key insights from discovery calls, including the role the company is looking to fill, their current hiring methodology, challenges, timelines, budget indications, and involved decision-makers.

• Ensure that activity, notes, and pipeline information are precise and up-to-date in our CRM.

• Bring the Market Back In

• Relay insights gathered from prospects to the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Assist in refining messaging and outreach strategies based on what resonates with companies.

• Identify trends in hiring demands, objections, industries, and roles where Wing is making an impact.

• Propose new outbound strategies based on job postings, hiring patterns, and conversations with prospects.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 4+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, outbound marketing, growth, or a similar role.

• A genuine interest in go-to-market strategies, pipeline development, and B2B growth.

• A proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of being concise and engaging.

• Comfort in reaching out to companies that may not have previously considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, or AI-enabled workforce solutions.

• Strong research capabilities and the aptitude to translate hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the perseverance to continue when faced with challenges.

• A motivated approach driven by clear goals, activity metrics, and meeting targets.

• Ability to manage your own desk while effectively collaborating across teams.

• A sincere eagerness to quickly learn about the product, market, and the nuances of go-to-market execution.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with staffing companies, recruiting firms, BPOs, outsourcing companies, virtual assistant firms, digital agent companies, or high-ticket professional services organizations.

• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Close, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Knowledge of auto dialers, power dialers, cold calling workflows, and high-volume outbound systems.

• Experience prospecting with founders, executives, operations leaders, HR leaders, recruiting teams, customer support leaders, sales leaders, or department heads.

• Understanding of business support workflows like executive assistance, admin support, sales support, customer support, recruiting coordination, inbox/calendar management, and back-office operations.
