• Develop, initiate, and oversee cold outreach initiatives utilizing Instantly and Dripify.

• Administer sending domains, inboxes, and warm-up procedures to guarantee optimal deliverability.

• Actively track performance and resolve bottlenecks before they affect outcomes.

• Create highly-targeted lead lists using Apollo.

• Employ Clay and AI to cleanse, segment, and enhance data to meet campaign-ready standards.

• Construct and uphold automation workflows in n8n.

• Integrate tools through API and webhooks independently.

• Design AI-assisted sequences and booking flows to improve operational efficiency.

• Manage pipelines and contact records within GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Deliver weekly performance reports and proactively identify issues.

• Proficiency in Instantly & Dripify (Cold Email & LinkedIn automation)

• Experience with Apollo & Clay (Sourcing and enrichment)

• Knowledge of n8n (Workflow automation)

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) (CRM & Pipeline management)

• Skills in Claude / ChatGPT (AI-assisted copy and logic)

• Located in South Africa with impeccable professional English.

• A minimum of 2 years experience managing outbound campaigns or RevOps for B2B companies.

• Ability to manage multiple clients/campaigns concurrently.

• A systems thinker who consistently documents successes and addresses issues.

• A proactive individual who functions effectively with minimal supervision.
