This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take charge of the GTM recruiting strategy and its implementation across EMEA and APJ.
• Lead and nurture the regional recruiting team, fostering accountability, performance, and uniform hiring practices.
• Collaborate with global and regional commercial leadership to align the hiring strategy with revenue goals and expansion priorities.
• Introduce structure to workforce planning, sequencing hires according to business impact, regional priorities, and market maturity.
• Assist in hiring for both established markets and emerging regions as Nebius expands its commercial presence.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes that accommodate growth across various countries and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR and regional leadership to ensure that hiring practices comply with local employment laws and market conditions.
• Enhance hiring standards through structured assessments and enablement of hiring managers.
• Create proactive sourcing strategies for high-impact and leadership-level commercial roles across regional talent markets.
• Utilize hiring data and market insights to direct prioritization and recruiting investments across different countries.
• Ensure a streamlined and high-quality candidate experience throughout all GTM recruitment activities.
• Step in as a player-coach for strategic or senior searches as needed.
• A higher education degree.
• Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment teams within high-growth technology or SaaS sectors.
• Strong history of hiring across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer functions.
• Experience in recruiting across multiple countries or international markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial organization design and scaling revenue teams.
• Experience in direct collaboration with senior commercial leaders.
• Ability to introduce structure and prioritization in complex and rapidly evolving growth environments.
• A data-informed approach with proficiency in using recruiting metrics and market insights.
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence stakeholders.
