GTM Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for Go-To-Market roles, encompassing Sales, Enterprise Business Development, Product Marketing, Commercial Partnerships, and Customer Success across EMEA and global markets.

• Design and implement multi-channel candidate attraction strategies utilizing HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized talent communities.

• Deliver data-driven talent intelligence and market insights to senior leaders in GTM.

• Facilitate requisition alignment, calibrated scorecards, structured interview processes, and compensation strategies.

• Structure and negotiate intricate, region-specific international job offers.

• Manage UK/EMEA statutory requirements, equity components, and counter-offer scenarios effectively.

• Ensure the integrity of data within the Greenhouse ATS.

• Monitor funnel analytics, including Time-to-Fill, Source Yield, and Offer Acceptance Rates.

• Promote ongoing optimization of the hiring process in accordance with global Talent Acquisition standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically for Go-To-Market, Commercial, or revenue-generating positions within high-growth technology or SaaS settings.

• A proven history of sourcing and successfully closing senior-level commercial talent in the UK and EMEA regions.

• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven pipeline analytics.

• In-depth knowledge of UK and European labor compliance, contract worker models, IR35 specifics, and regional offer structuring.

• Proficient in structured, competency-based interviewing techniques such as Interview Edge.
