GTM Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for Sales, Enterprise Business Development, Product Marketing, Commercial Partnerships, and Customer Success positions across EMEA and global markets.

• Design and implement multi-channel candidate attraction strategies utilizing HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and targeted talent communities.

• Offer data-driven talent intelligence and market insights to senior Go-To-Market leaders.

• Facilitate requisition alignment, develop calibrated scorecards, structured interview processes, and compensation strategies.

• Organize and negotiate complex, region-specific international offers.

• Comprehend UK/EMEA statutory requirements, equity components, and counter-offer scenarios.

• Ensure data integrity within the Greenhouse ATS.

• Monitor funnel analytics including Time-to-Fill, Source Yield, and Offer Acceptance Rates.

• Promote ongoing optimization of the hiring process in accordance with global talent acquisition standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on Go-To-Market, Commercial, or revenue-generating roles in high-growth technology or SaaS sectors.

• Established history of sourcing and securing senior-level commercial talent within the UK and EMEA regions.

• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and analytics related to data-driven pipelines.

• Strong grasp of UK and European labor compliance, contract worker models, nuances of IR35, and regional offer structuring.

• Proven expertise in structured, competency-based interviewing techniques such as Interview Edge.

• Capability to assess technical proficiency and reduce hiring bias.
