GTM Recruiter, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee candidate pipelines utilizing direct sourcing, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Conduct organized interview processes, including intakes, scorecards, debriefs, offers, and closing candidates.

• Provide coaching to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and calibration methods.

• Authentically represent the company's culture and mission to candidates considering a construction-tech B2B SaaS role.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of comprehensive GTM/Sales recruiting experience.

• Full ownership of requisitions from the initial intake stage through to the offer and closing phases.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-activity recruiting environment with a significant volume of requisitions.

• Direct sourcing must be a fundamental skill.

• Proven experience collaborating with hiring managers on leveling, process, and calibration.
