This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Outbound sourcing - Actively seek out, engage, and establish relationships with high-caliber candidates across sales, technical, and business sectors.
• Full-cycle recruiting - Oversee the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to extending offers and closing candidates.
• Sales hiring - Spearhead recruiting initiatives for go-to-market functions such as BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and roles in sales leadership.
• Technical support - Provide assistance in recruiting for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure positions as necessary.
• Pipeline development - Create and sustain robust candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Candidate experience - Ensure a high-quality, responsive, and considerate experience throughout the interview process.
• Stakeholder partnership - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to synchronize on hiring requirements, interview processes, and talent strategies.
• Process improvement - Contribute to the enhancement of recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and hiring workflows.
• Market intelligence - Keep abreast of talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring environments.
• Employer branding - Represent Breeze to the external audience and assist in positioning the company as a premier destination for top talent.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, whether in-house, agency, or a mix of both.
• Demonstrated success in hiring sales and go-to-market professionals.
• Prior experience in supporting technical recruiting processes is preferred.
• Strong background in sourcing and outbound recruiting.
• Outstanding organizational and communication capabilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple roles and manage various stakeholders at the same time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
