GTM Recruiter – AMER

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and implement strategic sourcing strategies to discover and attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and comprehensive candidate pool for both current and future hiring requirements.

• Perform ongoing market research and analysis to remain updated on talent trends, utilizing insights to shape recruiting strategies and tackle potential challenges.

• Collaborate with senior leaders throughout the organization to comprehend their hiring goals and formulate recruiting strategies aimed at meeting headcount objectives, particularly focused on expanding our GTM teams across the US, LatAM, and Canada.

• Monitor and evaluate recruiting metrics, delivering regular updates on hiring progress to business leadership to ensure transparency and alignment with objectives.

• Suggest and implement innovative and scalable modifications to the current recruiting strategy to improve effectiveness and outreach.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal—to provide a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment, including in-house experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong capability to establish relationships with senior leaders and effectively influence decision-making processes.

• A robust drive to discover and engage top talent, nurturing relationships with candidates.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage data insights to identify trends and refine recruiting processes, thereby enhancing efficiency and results.

• Adaptability, with the ability to shift tasks and priorities in response to changing situations.
