This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
⢠Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of the organizationās products and services while articulating product features and advantages to prospective clients.
⢠Provides technical expertise and assistance to account managers in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and enhancing revenue growth.
⢠Cultivates a professional and consultative rapport with clients by thoroughly understanding their unique business requirements within their industry.
⢠Develops and delivers tailored solutions or proposals that meet the client's needs and illustrate the alignment of the organizationās offerings with the clientās business goals.
⢠Oversees sales pipelines by monitoring leads, opportunities, and sales prospects through various phases of the sales process while identifying areas for improvement.
⢠Employs diverse sales and marketing strategies to discover and engage with potential clients, assisting in customizing sales pitches and solutions.
⢠Formulates and implements strategies to retain and cultivate existing clients, resulting in recurring revenue and referrals.
⢠Concentrates on increasing contractual renewals, particularly for mid-sized accounts with varying complexities, to achieve higher total contract-value renewals while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
⢠Mentors junior team members in sales strategies and methodologies, including consultative selling, relationship building, objection handling, and closing techniques.
⢠Engages in continuous sales training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as negotiation, objection handling, and industry-specific expertise.
⢠Bachelorās Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated proficiency.
⢠Generally possesses 4-7 years of professional experience, ideally in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a similar field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of professional experience.
⢠Experience with WXP Platform, Workforce Experience Platform is mandatory.
