This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• GTM & CX Reporting: Develop and sustain reporting and dashboards across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and CX Ops, encompassing marketing channels and campaign activities, SDR and AE performance, partner-sourced pipeline, customer health, renewals, and expansion.
• Marketing Activations: Collaborate with GTMOps & CXOps to assess activation performance across campaigns, events, ABM efforts, and demand generation channels, providing insights on attribution, funnel conversion trends, and channel ROI to guide investment choices. Continuously assess and enhance metric tracking, forecasting, and team/channel evaluations.
• GTM Leadership & Board Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports for GTM Leadership and Monthly Board meetings. Identify trends and present data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancements of GTM and CX initiatives.
• Deal Desk: Work alongside Sales Leadership, Finance, and CX Ops to refine the deal desk process. Review and authorize sales order forms and HubSpot pipeline milestones for accuracy and data completeness across new business, upsell, and renewal activities.
• Lead & Deal Auditing: Oversee and audit leads and deals to ensure the accuracy of essential data such as organization information, primary deal source, conversion channel, and lead scoring.
• Full-Funnel Deal Analysis: Offer comprehensive insights into closed/won, closed/lost, renewal, and churn trends, including primary deal source, competitor, vertical, deal velocity, ASP, seller behaviors, and retention/expansion drivers, with suggestions for marketing, sales, partner, and CX strategies.
• GTM Tech Stack Selection & Management: Advise on the scoping, selection, and implementation of GTM and CX technology, focusing on reporting impact and data integrity throughout the stack.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Partners, CX, Data Operations, Finance, and the overall GTM SOE team, which includes process design, reporting initiatives, and cross-departmental OKRs.
• Over 5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in constructing reporting and dashboards that facilitate executive decision-making and operational accountability.
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (or a similar CRM), including custom reporting, custom objects, workflows, and pipeline architecture.
• Strong expertise with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred) and SQL, comfortable with querying, modeling, and integrating GTM and CX data sources.
• Practical experience with a modern BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar) to create dashboards and enable self-service analytics across teams.
• Background in supporting cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sales, Partners, CX, and Finance.
• Data-driven approach with the capability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for GTM and CX leaders.
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities, able to handle multiple reporting initiatives and stakeholders concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex data narratives for executive and board audiences.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and add clarity to ambiguous situations.
