This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and enforce data quality standards throughout the entire GTM stack, from data ingestion to CRM writeback.

• Create and manage lead and account scoring models based on actual signals rather than just firmographic proxies.

• Develop lifecycle automation that encompasses the complete revenue funnel from initial contact to expansion, ensuring clear handoff logic among sales, marketing, and customer success.

• Recognize and automate cumbersome manual processes within Sales Ops, Post-Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and Commissions, replacing repetitive tasks with dependable, auditable systems.

• Leverage AI to enhance internal operational workflows: identifying contract exceptions for Deal Desk, flagging commission discrepancies, automating renewal and expansion triggers for Post-Sales, and generating sales ops reports without manual data pulls.

• Collaborate with function leaders to map current workflows, pinpoint the most impactful automation opportunities, and prioritize the build accordingly.

• Develop and oversee the data enrichment strategy within the sales organization, assessing and deploying tools with a critical focus on improving account quality and prospecting effectiveness, rather than merely achieving compliance.

• Fill gaps in account intelligence to automate territory assignments, lead routing, seller productivity, and retention and expansion strategies.

• Manage the enrichment stack and create multi-source waterfall logic to maximize coverage and data quality while avoiding redundant spending.

• Implement enrichment workflows and governance frameworks designed to scale, not just for the current organization but for future growth.

• Collaborate with RevOps to uphold Salesforce data integrity and establish scalable standards for data hygiene across the complete object model.

• Integrate data across systems to facilitate account summaries, account scoring models, and automated actions for sales representatives and account managers, ensuring they have the right context at the right time without manual research.

• Develop agentic workflows and AI-assisted automation for account research, ICP qualification, outbound personalization, and ABM triggers.

• Utilize prompt engineering and model evaluation for GTM use cases.

• Write Python and SQL scripts to automate workflows, establish integrations, and clean data at scale.

• Connect systems through APIs, creating lightweight integrations where off-the-shelf connectors are inadequate.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for the systems you develop to ensure the organization is not reliant on tribal knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or sales operations, with practical systems-building experience in a SaaS setting.

• Proficient in CRM architecture within Salesforce; you configure it, rather than merely using it.

• Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools.

• Proficient in production-grade Python and SQL; you write code that operates in real systems, not just in notebooks.

• Experience in lead routing with actual SLA requirements.

• Familiarity with enrichment stack; you have built waterfalls, not just linked data sources.

• Basic knowledge of AI and ML tools applied to GTM challenges, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and vector databases.

• Strong analytical instincts combined with business acumen; you can translate ambiguous requirements into system logic without needing the problem fully articulated upfront.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
