This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Design the systems that capture, enhance, direct, and attribute every lead from initial pageview to closed-won.
β’ Create AI agents and automations that enable marketing scalability without increasing headcount.
β’ Develop comprehensive revenue systems for lead capture, enhancement, routing, and attribution from first pageview to closed-won.
β’ Oversee the marketing data infrastructure that links campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline impact.
β’ Implement effective tracking frameworks (server-side tracking, GTM, CAPI) and create dashboards that ensure data remains accurate and actionable.
β’ Construct high-performing landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
β’ Develop and manage intricate workflows and cross-platform integrations utilizing Zapier and n8n.
β’ Create marketing agents and automations for repetitive, time-sensitive tasks including content drafting, social engagement, lead follow-up, sentiment analysis, and campaign reporting.
β’ Design publishing systems that integrate CMS, data sources, and distribution channels, automating the content lifecycle from creation to dissemination.
β’ Conduct methodical experiments across workflows and distribution strategies, then formalize successful approaches into repeatable templates and playbooks.
β’ 4-5+ years of experience in technical marketing, growth engineering, or a comparable role that merges strategy with technical execution.
β’ Proficient programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar) with a background in building data pipelines, API integrations, and automation workflows.
β’ Proven experience in creating landing pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
β’ Hands-on expertise with Zapier and n8n (mandatory).
β’ Extensive experience with CleverTap and/or similar tools, including managing communication journeys and lifecycle emails.
β’ Strong understanding of GTM, server-side tracking, and CAPI.
β’ Experience in designing multi-touch attribution and tracking frameworks.
β’ Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-powered tools, or similar systems.
β’ Knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and associated operations.
β’ Comfortable using identity resolution tools (Clearbit, 6sense) and enrichment APIs.
β’ A systems thinker who is an effective communicator, a self-starter capable of managing projects from inception to completion, and thrives in uncertain situations.
