This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of commercial growth across key accounts, emphasizing the enhancement of usage, contract expansion, and long-term account valuation.

• Collaborate with customers already utilizing the platform to promote activation, retention, and growth.

• Spot opportunities for greater product adoption across various teams, workflows, and use cases.

• Organize pilots, proofs of concept, renewals, and opportunities for expansion.

• Convert customer usage indicators into actionable revenue-generating opportunities.

• Lead conversations with customers to uncover workflows, challenges, and business objectives.

• Demonstrate and iterate directly with customers within the product.

• Convey the value of AI/GenAI capabilities in terms of clear business benefits and ROI-driven results.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers from creative, marketing, growth, and operational teams.

• Assist in refining Higgsfield’s enterprise go-to-market strategy as the organization expands.

• Collaborate across departments with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

• Highlight customer insights, product feedback, and market trends to enhance adoption and growth.

• Introduce operational structure to account management, forecasting, and revenue monitoring.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategies, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering roles.

• Proven success in increasing customer contracts within SaaS, product-led growth, usage-based, or AI-native companies.

• Preference for experience in a product-led growth-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company.

• Experience in managing expansion initiatives linked to product usage, credits, seats, or workflow adoption.

• Exceptional customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Competence in explaining complex AI products to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Highly operational and adept at working cross-functionally in dynamic startup environments.

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to utilize usage data and customer insights to foster growth.
