As our GTM Engineer, your goal is to treat our revenue engine as a high-performance product. You won’t merely "use" tools; you will construct the automated infrastructure that identifies high-intent signals, maps intricate buying centers, and guarantees that our message reaches the right individual at the precise moment they are ready to make a purchase. You will be the architect of a self-optimizing growth machine.

• This isn’t a conventional "Ops" role. We seek a systems thinker who connects technical engineering with revenue strategy. You will oversee the logic that drives our growth, ensuring our data is enriched, our stack is integrated, and our outreach is hyper-personalized at scale.

• Core Ownership Responsibilities

• Signal Engineering: Identifying high-intent signals (hiring, technological changes, social intent) utilizing Clay, custom scrapers, and LLMs to empower BDRs and Marketing.

• Revenue Architecture: Managing the two-way data flow between HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack. Accurately mapping fields and maintaining tracking through GTM.

• Growth Intelligence: Developing predictive lead scoring, recognizing buying centers, and enhancing AI credit utilization through intelligent caching logic.

• The "Signal Factory": Utilize Clay and Claude to advance beyond static lists. You will create workflows that validate unreliable data and discover specific criteria (like department size or niche tech stack signals) that standard filters overlook.

• ABX Logic at Scale: You will devise the logic for our ABX initiatives, employing Clay for niche scraping (e.g., examining job boards for specific skills or monitoring technographic shifts) and Claude to categorize companies based on complex criteria that conventional databases simply cannot recognize.

• The "Ideal Moment" Logic: Leverage HockeyStack behavioral data to trigger automated BDR notifications. When an account experiences a spike in activity across multiple channels, you ensure we are the first to engage.

• AI Efficiency: Create workflows that maximize AI credit usage, ensuring we avoid paying to retrieve the same data multiple times while keeping our database current.

• Agentic Enablement: Develop "ready-to-use" AI agents capable of researching a company's 10-K or recent updates and drafting a customized briefing for our Account Executives.

• You are a "T-Shaped" builder who becomes frustrated by manual data entry and ineffective processes.

• The Architect: You possess a deep understanding of CRM architecture and how to create scalable workflows. You think in "If-This-Then-That" logic.

• The Data Specialist: You are a proficient user of Clay (waterfall logic), HubSpot (Admin-level), and HockeyStack (Attribution).

• The AI Fluent Engineer: You know how to employ LLMs (Claude/GPT-4) via API to extract structured data from the internet.

• The Analyst: You can explore GTM and HockeyStack to ensure flawless tracking and high data quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations, particularly within a high-growth B2B SaaS context.

• Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise with HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs) and in-depth familiarity with automation platforms such as Clay, Make.com, or Zapier.

• Technical Expertise: Practical experience with web scraping, API integrations, and leveraging LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) to handle unstructured data.

• Analytics & Tracking: A proven history of managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) configurations and working with attribution tools like HockeyStack, Dreamdata, or similar.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Candidates with a non-technical degree but a solid record of technical RevOps/Growth implementation are encouraged to apply.

• Analytical Mindset: A strong capability to analyze data sets to identify trends, signals, and correlations that drive pipeline growth.
