GTM Engineer – Founding Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop the revenue infrastructure

• Target ICP, implement outbound systems, establish enrichment workflows, create pipeline logic, and design CRM architecture

• Take ownership of the craft and its delivery

• Partner with ORYN on all aspects that do not involve delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience with GTM infrastructure

• Proficient in Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or similar tools at a deep operational level, rather than a general understanding

• Expertise in at least one GTM toolstack at the execution level

• Comprehends the complete GTM cycle from ICP to closed-won

• Prepared to manage delivery from start to finish for multiple clients

• Experience with AI-enrichment and signal-based outbound strategies (Nice-to-have)

• Background in B2B SaaS or agency settings (Nice-to-have)

• Established network within the target segment (Nice-to-have)

• Basic scripting skills for custom automation tasks (Python, JS, or similar) (Nice-to-have)
