This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and enhance multi-channel outbound sequences utilizing Clay-driven enrichment workflows and n8n automation pipelines, integrating firmographic signals, technographic data, and intent sources for large-scale personalized outreach.
• Develop and sustain prospect lists and enriched account profiles that provide BDRs and AEs with the necessary context for meaningful first conversations, avoiding generic outreach.
• Oversee the signal-based selling infrastructure that identifies buying triggers (technographic changes, competitive displacement events, expansion indicators) and directs the appropriate signal to the right representative at the optimal moment.
• Construct and manage automated nudge sequences for stalled transactional deals, identifying inertia through CRM stage duration and engagement data, and initiating follow-ups without requiring manual tracking from AEs.
• Maintain CRM integrity: implement automated deduplication processes, validate data at entry points, monitor integrations between the CRM and connected tools, and conduct periodic audits to prevent data decay that could impair pipeline reporting.
• Develop upsell signal detection and churn risk systems for the CS team, flagging expansion triggers, declining usage, champion departures, and billing anomalies, and linking those signals to automated outreach workflows.
• Assess, integrate, and manage the AI-driven GTM tooling stack, distinguishing what truly enhances our competitive edge from what merely adds noise.
• Minimum of 3 years in growth marketing, revenue operations, or a comparable technical GTM position in a B2B setting.
• Practical experience with building in Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, or AirOps at a significant level of complexity, including multi-step workflows, conditional logic, and API integrations.
• Proficient in data enrichment tools such as Exa, Firecrawl, MarketBetter, or similar at scale.
• Comfortable working directly with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations; capability to read and write scripts (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) is a considerable advantage.
• Experience in CRM administration (HubSpot or Salesforce) and a solid understanding of how data quality influences pipeline accuracy and outbound efficacy.
• Proficient with AI tools and a proven record of applying them to real GTM workflows, rather than merely experimenting.
• Cross-functional experience collaborating with BDR, AE, and CS stakeholders to grasp what representatives truly require from their systems.
