GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop internal GTM tools, automations, and workflows.

• Integrate APIs across CRM, product, analytics, marketing, and outbound systems.

• Create AI-driven workflows and agents.

• Experiment with MCP servers, integrations, and AI tools.

• Enhance attribution, funnel visibility, and lifecycle operations.

• Facilitate rapid experimentation in acquisition and conversion strategies.

• Identify inefficiencies and address them through engineering solutions.

• Collaborate within the Engineering Team alongside Product, Marketing, and Sales to establish systems that support customer acquisition, conversion, and global scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in engineering.

• A strong passion for GTM, marketing, sales, and growth systems.

• Proficiency in APIs, integrations, automations, and internal tooling.

• A builder mindset — prioritizing delivery over excessive analysis.

• An inquisitive nature regarding AI workflows, agents, MCP ecosystems, and LLM-powered operations.

• A quick execution and experimentation approach.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt swiftly.

• Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI-native environments.

• Competence in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or comparable languages.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and integrations.

• Knowledge of HubSpot APIs, CRM systems, or GTM tooling.

• Awareness of AI workflows, orchestration systems, MCP servers, or agents.
