This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and enhance AI-driven workflows and agents utilizing Salesforce Agentforce.
• Create Salesforce solutions leveraging Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, APIs, and various platform functionalities.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions by applying object-oriented programming principles.
• Establish integrations and automations throughout Salesforce and the GTM stack with Workato and Zapier.
• Utilize Claude Code and additional AI development tools for prototyping, building, testing, and troubleshooting solutions.
• Connect systems and data through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.
• Collaborate directly with GTM teams to comprehend processes and transform recurring challenges into technical solutions.
• Implement tooling for enrichment and signal detection.
• Design and manage analytics based on signals and buyer triggers, including opportunity scoring and routing.
• Create and oversee data models and scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, as well as lead and account scoring.
• Support AI applications across various domains such as prospecting, account research, pipeline management, quoting, customer success, support, renewals, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Test and monitor agents and automations to ensure reliability, security, and proper functioning.
• Diagnose issues across Salesforce, Agentforce, integrations, automation logic, permissions, and data.
• Document and communicate solutions for ongoing maintenance and enhancement.
• Engage in sprint planning, technical design, testing, releases, and post-launch iterations.
• Assess improvements in adoption, efficiency, data quality, and overall business outcomes.
• A minimum of three years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or a comparable technical role.
• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
• Demonstrated development experience with a comprehension of object-oriented programming concepts, such as classes, inheritance, and modular design.
• Proficient in building or configuring solutions with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Practical experience in creating automations and integrations using Workato and Zapier.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other business systems through APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Apex, Python, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language utilized to extend low-code platforms.
• Understanding of the operations of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate ambiguous requirements.
