GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with GTM Strategists to convert business requirements, customer journeys, and GTM strategies into scalable technical solutions utilizing HubSpot, Clay, and the contemporary GTM technology stack.

• Design, construct, and enhance workflows, automations, integrations, CRM architecture, and interconnected data systems that support dependable, scalable partner growth.

• Develop and refine enrichment, segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation that facilitate scalable revenue operations.

• Oversee system health, resolve technical issues, and perpetually enhance automation, data quality, governance, and platform performance.

• Work alongside cross-functional specialists, including Paid Media, Content, and Delivery, to provide cohesive solutions and outstanding partner outcomes.

• Play a role in the advancement of RevPartners methodologies, technical standards, best practices, and reusable solution frameworks as we continue to expand and innovate.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, Marketing Technology (MarTech), CRM Administration, Marketing Automation, Sales Technology, Solutions Engineering, or Revenue Operations Engineering.

• Proficient in HubSpot with a solid understanding of Clay.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable CRM architectures, workflows, and automation.

• Capable of building integrations, data flows, and operational processes across various GTM platforms.

• Skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Adept at troubleshooting complex technical challenges and consistently enhancing system performance.

• Experience in dynamic, high-growth, consulting, agency, or SaaS environments.
