GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for the top of the funnel and the driving force behind it.

• Top of funnel encompasses more than just outbound efforts.

• You will establish the systems that identify the right individuals, seize the right opportunities, and maintain continuous operation without compromising quality.

• You are an ideal candidate if you possess the resolve to navigate complexity and facilitate effective outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have previously managed top of funnel initiatives and generated new meetings, regardless of your job title.

• You have focused deeply on one Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for an extended period, enduring challenging sales cycles rather than just simple ones. Depth is prioritized over superficial engagement across multiple markets.

• You can recall your key metrics: volume, reply rate, booked rate, and the elements you chose not to pursue.

• You should have practical coding experience. This includes writing scripts, utilizing APIs, working with n8n, Clay, and Claude Code with MCPs. Proficiency in SQL or Python is an added advantage, but not a requirement.
