This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and sustain the GTM spine that links the Atlas knowledge graph to Salesforce, LinkedIn, outbound email, advertising platforms, and analytics.
• Streamline entity resolution processes and phase out spreadsheet-based account resources.
• Design Salesforce write paths that are in line with the canonical graph, effectively differentiating legal entities from customers.
• Implement comprehensive analytics for engagement, conversion, marketing expenditures, call intelligence, customer success, and product utilization.
• Substitute manual pipeline management, list reconciliation, and reporting with automated solutions.
• Oversee automated content and campaign architecture, which includes newsletters, content engines, advertising audiences, and measurement within OpsHub.
• Expand the semantic layer into account-specific outbound drafting and advertising generation.
• Collaborate with core engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Proven experience in constructing GTM stack infrastructure, encompassing entity resolution, data pipelines, and API integrations across CRM, advertising, outreach, and data warehouse systems.
• Practical expertise with Clay-class enrichment and orchestration tools, CRM APIs, LinkedIn and advertising APIs, and email infrastructure.
• Capability to write production-grade code that connects GTM systems.
• Proficient in modeling accounts, legal entities, parent/child hierarchies, buying centers, and ICPs coherently across downstream systems.
• Comfortable operating with graph-based canonical sources and distinguishing legal entities from customers.
• Experience in constructing funnel and revenue analytics from raw event data.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to quantify and attribute spend, engagement, and conversion by account.
• Code must adhere to core engineering standards, including version control, testing, observability, and maintainability.
• Automation-first mindset with the ability to eliminate manual processes.
• Capability to perform effectively in ambiguous situations while building live pipelines, structures, and instrumentation.
• Preferred: background as a GTM engineer, growth engineer, or initial RevOps-engineering hire at a B2B organization.
• Preferred: familiarity with knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic layers, or master data management.
• Preferred: experience in automating content and campaign infrastructure through APIs.
• Preferred: exposure to LLM-based GTM workflows for enrichment, drafting, and classification.
• Preferred: experience in supporting named-account, long-cycle enterprise sales processes.
