GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Integrate product usage, prospect, customer, and sales-call information into a cohesive revenue-data framework.

• Identify accounts that need outreach, customers who are at risk of leaving, and free users who are prepared to upgrade.

• Create and develop workflows instead of simply generating reports.

• Manage the revenue-data and automation system from start to finish.

• Contribute to the development of construction management software products as part of Shape.Construction's larger goal to digitize the construction sector.

• Proficiency in connecting and organizing disparate product usage, prospect, customer, and sales-call data.

• Expertise in designing and constructing operational workflows.

• Strong knowledge of automation that goes beyond fundamental reporting.

• Capability to take complete ownership of revenue-data and automation systems.
