GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of outbound campaigns targeting US clients.

• Develop and refine workflows and AI automations using Clay.

• Generate highly focused prospect lists and outbound approaches.

• Evaluate and enhance email content, targeting, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Engage directly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest go-to-market (GTM), AI, and outbound marketing tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing outbound campaigns for US clients.

• Background in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or similar investment-centric sectors.

• Prior experience in a lead generation, outbound, or GTM agency.

• Familiarity with AI and GTM tools like Clay, PlusVibe, Apollo, RB2B, BuiltWith, or comparable platforms.

• Exceptional English communication abilities.

• Comfortable overseeing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Proactive, organized, and dedicated to enhancing performance.

• Available to work from 1 PM to 9 PM EET.
