This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and enhance product functionalities for Greenhouse’s internal web application utilizing Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel.
• Create, test, and maintain production-quality data pipelines and automated integrations between Salesforce, Gong, and other revenue systems.
• Collaborate with SDR, AE, AM, and CSM stakeholders to convert business challenges into an engineering roadmap.
• Assess, improve, and operationalize LLM prompts, open-source AI frameworks, and third-party tools.
• Document technical architecture choices and produce operational playbooks.
• Work in conjunction with data engineering, security, and Enterprise Apps teams to integrate tools with global corporate infrastructure.
• Over 3 years of experience in developing and deploying production software using a modern technology stack, such as Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, or similar.
• Familiarity with integrating a CRM system of record, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
• Understanding of safe write patterns, idempotent synchronization design, and strategies for navigating platform API limits.
• Proven ownership of an end-to-end production data pipeline, including monitoring, alerting, and recovery from failures.
• Practical experience in application architecture with lean BaaS and contemporary hosting platforms like Supabase, Firebase, Vercel, Railway, or Render; direct experience with Supabase is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT.
• Capability to translate vague business requests into technical specifications and present solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Skill in prioritizing or negotiating competing requests.
• Comfort in functioning as the sole engineer on a system, managing prioritization, quality, and production challenges.
• Experience in building or enhancing internal tools for revenue, sales operations, or customer success teams is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
