This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the automation and AI agent framework within the Sales organization.
• Develop intelligent systems that reduce manual efforts, highlight the appropriate accounts and signals, and enhance the efficiency of representatives and operators.
• Construct and sustain AI-driven pipeline generation infrastructure, encompassing property trigger monitoring, account and building scoring models, and outreach automation.
• Create and manage role-specific AI agents and prompt templates for post-call summaries, outreach personalization, next-best-action recommendations, and deal coaching.
• Oversee prompt engineering and ensure agent reliability at scale.
• Design and implement internal self-service intelligence and workflow tools for the Sales team.
• Examine Salesforce data, call transcripts, pipeline trends, and conversion signals to pinpoint revenue limitations and prioritize automation initiatives.
• Establish the automation strategy, assess the impact of delivered work, and uphold a continuous improvement cycle.
• Manage the natural-language pipeline query interface for representatives.
• Operate conversational intelligence pipelines that extract Gong signals into CRM fields and provide actionable insights from calls.
• Ensure the integrity of GTM data across Salesforce and the Sales technology stack.
• Confirm that activities are accurately represented in Salesforce and that opportunity stages are enforced to prevent forecast discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in account and building ownership in real-time.
• Maintain integration and data quality partnerships with Business Systems and the Revenue Intelligence Lead.
• Work independently as a senior individual contributor, prioritizing revenue goals and delivering functional agents consistently.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents utilizing tools like Claude, Codex, n8n, Zapier, Replit, or Lovable, with agents that are actively adopted.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration and prompt engineering for GTM workflows.
• Experience managing prompt libraries and ensuring agent reliability in a live production environment.
• Proficient in API and integration across essential GTM platforms.
• Capability to develop, troubleshoot, and manage GTM automations using AI coding tools without software engineering assistance.
• Engineering acumen to recognize flawed or unstable generated code.
• Strong understanding of GTM and sales processes.
• Background in GTM engineering, revenue operations, business systems, or GTM tools within a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated history of delivering automation that significantly enhances GTM performance.
• Experience with direct and channel/partner-led GTM strategies, including attribution, conflict detection, and routing logic (preferred).
• Understanding of property or building-level account structures and the complexities of Salesforce data modeling (preferred).
• Experience in automating processes across various sales segments or deal types (preferred).
• Familiarity with real estate, PropTech, or construction intelligence platforms (preferred).
