This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance Expo's live portfolio of AI agents and automations across self-service, marketing, and revenue data.
β’ Develop AI agents and workflows for account research, lead routing, outbound personalization, and forecasting support.
β’ Transform ambiguous business challenges into implemented systems utilizing LLM APIs and agent tools.
β’ Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify core issues and automate solutions.
β’ Integrate HubSpot, BigQuery, Stripe, Slack, and advertising platforms through APIs and webhooks.
β’ Design scalable systems with a focus on data validation, deduplication, governance, security, and privacy.
β’ Convert product usage, enrichment data, and buying signals into scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation.
β’ Implement systems and evaluate their impact on pipeline, conversion rates, win rates, and representative productivity.
β’ Make informed buy-versus-build decisions and advance the GTM technology stack.
β’ Thoroughly document all developments, including functionality, operation, and troubleshooting processes.
β’ Publish AI playbooks, empower non-technical team members, and advocate for AI-native GTM methodologies.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, marketing/sales operations, growth engineering, or software engineering with a focus on GTM knowledge.
β’ Daily proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
β’ Experience in building with LLM APIs and agents, including prompting, tool usage, and evaluations.
β’ Proficiency in SQL along with Python or TypeScript.
β’ Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot workflows, data models, and APIs, or equivalent Salesforce experience.
β’ High degree of ownership in ambiguous settings.
β’ Familiarity with tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar enrichment and workflow technologies is a plus.
β’ Experience with MCP or agent SDK is advantageous.
β’ Background in data warehouse modeling using BigQuery or dbt is desirable.
β’ Proven track record of delivering AI agents that influenced actual revenue metrics is preferred.
β’ Experience in developer tools or product-led growth is a plus.
β’ Previous RevOps experience in a high-growth startup is advantageous.
β’ Ability to work primarily during North American business hours.
