This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take full ownership of TLDR’s go-to-market systems from start to finish, which includes managing HubSpot, handling attribution, updating quotas, launching new products, overseeing quarter-over-quarter transitions, and ensuring CSAT integration.
• Ensure data integrity by accurately constructing pipelines and maintaining precise field information that flows downstream.
• Identify recurring issues and determine the appropriate response, whether that involves quick fixes, automation, or a complete re-architecture of solutions.
• Assess new systems, such as alternatives to Sponsy, and provide recommendations for future direction.
• Utilize an AI-driven approach to address RevOps challenges like attribution.
• Collaborate with the Head of Applied AI on the comprehensive AI × GTM operational model.
• Transition responsibilities for GTM systems currently managed by contractors to establish a single accountable owner.
• Create dashboards to monitor field completeness and pipeline health, incorporating automated alerts.
• Implement automations and agent workflows while ensuring consistent monitoring.
• Document troubleshooting procedures to enable resolution of system issues independently of the role holder.
• 4–6 years of experience managing GTM systems within a B2B SaaS or B2B technology company.
• Preferably have experience in an early-stage Series B–C environment.
• Proven ability to manage GTM systems end-to-end as the sole owner.
• Experience with HubSpot that extends beyond just administration.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills akin to a consultant's approach.
• Product-oriented mindset for designing solutions while maintaining pragmatic urgency.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and present quick, clear solutions.
• Hands-on experience with data integrity, including monitoring pipelines, ensuring field population, and maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency in AI-driven GTM systems and applying AI to attribution challenges.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Must reside in the United States or Canada.
