This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Collaborate with EMEA GTM Leadership to identify Sales Enablement requirements and establish success metrics.
β’ Oversee Sales New Hire Training for EMEA to ensure a swift transition to productivity.
β’ Partner with Senior Leadership to review emerging strategic initiatives and develop a training timetable.
β’ Create ongoing enablement programs for GTM positions.
β’ Work with the Global Enablement Program to design experiential learning opportunities.
β’ Customize training content specifically for GTM roles.
β’ Define training objectives and standards with regular updates for stakeholders.
β’ 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering sales enablement content within the SaaS technology sector.
β’ Strong capability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
β’ Proficiency in creating and delivering value selling and sales process/methodology training.
β’ Demonstrated experience in training and coaching sales account executives and managers.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
β’ Proficient in English.
