This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Collaborate with EMEA GTM Leadership to identify Sales Enablement requirements and establish success metrics.
• Design and implement Sales New Hire Training for EMEA to ensure a rapid transition to productivity.
• Engage in regular discussions regarding emerging strategic initiatives with senior leadership and create a training schedule that addresses regional learning needs.
• Work alongside EMEA Sales, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to design, develop, and execute ongoing enablement programs for GTM roles.
• Collaborate with the Global Enablement Program to design and deliver experiential learning initiatives.
• Develop and provide training materials tailored for GTM roles, in partnership with the technical enablement team.
• Establish and execute training objectives and performance benchmarks, providing consistent updates to stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of experience in creating and delivering sales enablement content within the SaaS technology sector.
• Strong capability to build relationships across various organizational levels.
• Proficient in developing and presenting value selling and sales process/methodology training.
• Demonstrated experience in training and coaching sales account executives and managers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with strong presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Certification in methodologies such as Challenger, Command of Message, & MEDDPICC (preferred).
• Experience in assessing business needs and showcasing value to customers (preferred).
• Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative team-oriented approach (preferred).
• Background in project/program management (preferred).
• Ability to set learning and performance metrics (preferred).
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Willingness to travel as required (preferred).
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage (preferred).
