This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Formulate and implement the growth strategy for StableFX, Circle's institutional marketplace centered on stablecoin-based foreign exchange.
• Collaborate with Product, Capital Markets, Partnerships, Marketing, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Ascertain where StableFX excels, identify key partners, and strategize on scaling operations.
• Discover market opportunities and establish ideal customer profiles.
• Develop scalable go-to-market strategies and cultivate network effects to enhance marketplace growth.
• Design issuer acquisition strategies and spearhead customer acquisition and commercialization efforts for takers.
• Infuse market insights into product decisions while fostering partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Assist Circle in pinpointing where StableFX offers unique value and convert those insights into scalable business results.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategy, growth, management consulting, business development, partnerships, or go-to-market leadership.
• Profound knowledge of foreign exchange, liquidity networks, treasury infrastructure, payments, capital markets, or the broader financial market structure.
• Proven track record of defining and scaling new businesses, marketplaces, platforms, or networks from initial adoption through to growth.
• Experience in crafting market strategies, customer segmentation and ideal customer profiles, commercialization frameworks, and go-to-market plans for complex B2B products.
• Established ability to influence executive stakeholders and foster alignment across organizations without direct authority.
• Expertise in translating customer, market, and competitive insights into business strategies and product recommendations.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate highly ambiguous environments.
• History of creating partnership strategies that yield measurable acquisition, adoption, liquidity, or revenue outcomes.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or crypto-native financial services (preferred).
• Practical experience in electronic trading, liquidity management, market structure, or trading venues (preferred).
• Background in working with banks, payment companies, remittance providers, OTC desks, exchanges, market makers, or other regulated financial institutions (preferred).
