β’ Spearhead ecosystem development and establish business partnerships for Arc, with a focus on βEarnβ use cases.
β’ Formulate strategies, identify, and execute essential deals.
β’ Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape product direction.
β’ Manage the end-to-end development of distribution partnerships.
β’ Conduct structured discovery processes to identify potential launch partners.
β’ Create go-to-market (GTM) strategies and deal structures tailored to specific segments.
β’ Identify, secure, and integrate partnerships, while overseeing post-launch performance.
β’ Demonstrate high agency in a zero-to-one environment.
β’ Represent the project at key ecosystem forums and partner events.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, product partnerships, or ecosystem roles.
β’ Extensive background in fintech, neobank, consumer finance, wallet, or exchange sectors.
β’ Proven success in sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching complex partnerships.
β’ Strong capability in designing go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
β’ Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
β’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at the C-suite level.
β’ High-agency operator who excels in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
β’ Knowledge of crypto rails and stablecoins.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
β’ Familiarity with generative AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
