This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and oversee EverPro’s go-to-market commission strategy, ensuring that incentive structures are aligned with company objectives and sales initiatives.
• Spearhead the integration and enhancement of current commission plans across go-to-market teams.
• Collaborate with HR and Compensation to ensure alignment with the overall compensation philosophy and best practices of the company.
• Create a standardized commission framework that addresses governance, documentation, exceptions, and change management.
• Establish scalable processes to ensure the long-term success of the program.
• Lead the implementation and management of a commission tool, such as CaptiveIQ or a similar solution.
• Integrate commission tools with Salesforce and data warehouse source systems.
• Manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations, validations, and payout processes.
• Work closely with Finance, Payroll, HR, and GTM Operations to ensure compliant commission execution.
• Provide insights into attainment, payout trends, and overall plan performance.
• Suggest plan modifications based on data-driven insights and the evolving needs of the business.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or a similar go-to-market role.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of ARR/MRR-based compensation models and data-driven incentive strategies.
• Proven experience in consolidating and revamping complex commission programs across various sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of quota-based, activity-based, accelerator, and bonus compensation structures.
• Experience collaborating across functions with HR, Compensation, and Finance teams.
• Hands-on experience with commission platforms like CaptiveIQ, Spiff, or Xactly.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to drive change and achieve cross-functional alignment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Some travel is required for quarterly events and on-site partner meetings.
