This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of the daily administration, configuration, and enhancement of non-Salesforce GTM platforms.
• Maintain a foundational understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud as the primary integration hub and authoritative source.
• Develop and implement governance standards, documentation, and best practices for platform management.
• Monitor system performance, manage user access, and resolve technical issues.
• Design and execute Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using native connectors, APIs, and Zapier.
• Create and sustain comprehensive workflows that minimize manual data entry and alleviate operational challenges.
• Architect solutions that guarantee data consistency across various platforms.
• Document integrations, workflows, and system interdependencies.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and addressing gaps and inconsistencies in CRM and associated databases.
• Improve the fill rates of seller information and perform regular data integrity audits.
• Define data standards and validation criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Convert sales, marketing operations, and RevOps requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide insights on vendor evaluations and platform improvements.
• Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and deliver updates on the roadmap.
• Manage the GTM technology roadmap and assess new solutions.
• Facilitate training and enablement sessions for end users.
• Promote automation opportunities that decrease manual tasks and enhance seller productivity.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or a closely related technical role.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and user management.
• Practical experience with at least 3–4 of the following tools: Salesloft, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Cloudingo, Typeform, HubSpot, SmartScout, or ChiliPiper.
• Strong comprehension of data architecture, relational databases, and data modeling principles.
• Capability to work with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms without a developer background.
• Proficient in data management tools and possess basic SQL knowledge.
• Ability to identify issues within interconnected systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding data, configurations, and system integrations.
• Self-motivated learning and awareness of platform updates, vendor roadmaps, and emerging GTM technologies.
• Proficiency in English is required; must be fluent in both spoken and written forms.
• Salesforce certifications, experience with GTM applications and automation frameworks, leadership in implementation or migration, familiarity with ETL/real-time sync/batch processes, and experience in database design or data warehousing are advantageous.
