GTM and Analytics Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Your main responsibility will be to assist both internal and external clients in adding complex tracking and resolving any issues that may occur.

• You are expected to demonstrate high levels of initiative and enthusiasm to accomplish tasks effectively.

• Even if you're unsure of the solution, you will find a way by consulting the right individuals, utilizing online resources, and conducting experiments.

• We seek a candidate who aims to establish systems flawlessly while being practical enough to incorporate redundancy and deliver “good enough data” when ideal setups are unattainable.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential, allowing you to dissect technical challenges into manageable components and implement solutions.

• You will be tasked with liaising with both internal and external teams to secure support, clarify issues, and provide updates on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, including overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

• At least 2 years of experience utilizing website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA3/GA4.

• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript.

• Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, alongside a deep understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.

• Good-level expertise in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), particularly with Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with third-party tagging and pixel creation.

• Experience in transitioning Google Analytics accounts from UA to GA4.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English communication.
