GTM and Analytics Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Your main responsibility will be to assist both internal and external clients in implementing complex tracking and resolving any issues that may arise.

• You are expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative and enthusiasm to accomplish tasks. Even if you are unsure how to proceed, you will find solutions by consulting the right individuals, researching online, and experimenting.

• We seek an individual who is motivated to establish processes flawlessly, while also being pragmatic enough to incorporate some redundancy and offer “good enough data” when the ideal setup is unavailable.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential; you should be able to deconstruct technical issues into manageable parts and carry out the necessary actions.

• You will be tasked with liaising with both internal and external teams to gain support, clarify issues, and update on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties through supervision of implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

• At least 2 years of experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA3, and GA4.

• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript is required.

• Demonstrated experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, with a solid understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.

• Proficient knowledge in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), particularly with Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with third-party tagging, pixel creation, etc.

• Experience in transitioning GA accounts from Universal Analytics to GA4.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English communication.
