GTM and Analytics Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Your main responsibility will be to assist both internal and external clients in implementing (complex) tracking systems and resolving any issues that may arise.

• You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative and enthusiasm to accomplish tasks effectively.

• Even if you are unsure of how to proceed, you will find solutions by consulting the right individuals, researching online, and experimenting.

• We seek someone who is committed to achieving optimal setups while also being pragmatic enough to incorporate redundancy and provide “good enough data” when ideal configurations are not feasible.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential; you should be able to deconstruct technical challenges into manageable segments and implement solutions.

• You will communicate with both internal and external teams to secure support, clarify issues, and update on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, including overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and performing ongoing maintenance.

• At least 2 years of experience utilizing website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, GA3/GA4.

• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript.

• Demonstrated experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, along with a solid grasp of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.

• A good understanding of Web Analytics, including strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, and reporting, particularly with Google Analytics.

• Practical knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, and related processes.

• Experience in transitioning Google Analytics accounts from UA to GA4.

• Proficient in spoken and written English communication.
