GTM and Analytics Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Your main responsibility is to assist both internal and external clients in implementing (complex) tracking mechanisms and resolving any issues that may arise.

• You will demonstrate a high level of initiative and enthusiasm to complete tasks effectively.

• While you may not always know the answer, you are resourceful enough to find solutions by consulting the right individuals, researching online, and experimenting.

• We seek an individual who is committed to establishing optimal setups, yet practical enough to incorporate redundancy and provide “good enough data” when the ideal configuration is not achievable.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential; you should be able to deconstruct technical challenges into manageable components and execute solutions.

• You will be tasked with liaising with internal and external teams to gain approval, clarify issues, and communicate progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, including overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

• At least 2 years of experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA3/GA4.

• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript.

• Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, along with a solid grasp of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.

• Good-level expertise in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), particularly with Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with third-party tagging and pixel creation.

• Experience in migrating GA accounts from UA to GA4.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English communication.
