This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a well-structured research and outreach initiative that generates tangible pipeline — not just simulations or case studies.
• Engage directly with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build, enhance, and activate account and contact information.
• Partner with BDRs and AEs to validate your findings and ensure that your outputs are actionable from day one.
• Contribute to outbound sequences, account prioritization, and competitive intelligence efforts.
• Utilize Claude AI and other generative AI tools to expedite research, identify patterns, and produce content across your project.
• Develop and evaluate AI-assisted workflows and prompts that optimize team efficiency and enhance output quality.
• Document your process enhancements and present your findings to team leaders — your contributions could become part of Everstream's standard operational procedures.
• Keep abreast of advancements in AI capabilities and propose innovative ideas on how Everstream can maintain its leadership in AI adoption internally.
• Attend team meetings, product demonstrations, and customer calls to gain a comprehensive understanding of our market and target buyers.
• Aid in the analysis of the competitive landscape, market positioning, and potential displacement opportunities.
• Engage in special projects as assigned — in a rapidly growing company, high-impact opportunities arise swiftly.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Possess a genuine interest in AI tools and enjoy experimenting with technology to address challenges.
• Exhibit strong communication skills — able to write clearly, ask insightful questions, and simplify complex concepts.
• Self-motivated and comfortable navigating ambiguity; you take ownership and ensure follow-through.
• Have a basic understanding of productivity tools (Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn sales and marketing platforms.
• Available for a 20-hour per week commitment throughout the entire 11-week program.
• Compensation will be provided weekly at $400 based on a 20-hour work week.
• The role is eligible for incentive-based compensation, awards, gifts, and more.
• Work hours will be flexible, with an expectation of 4-hour workdays, 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday.
• Laptops and necessary work resources will be supplied.
• Other expenses will be reimbursed with prior approval from a manager or member of the executive team.
